🌸 Week 4 of Pregnancy

👶 Your Baby

Your baby is about 2 mm long, the size of a poppy seed 🌱
and is growing rapidly inside your womb.

  • Surrounded by an amniotic sac
  • Attached to a yolk sac for nourishment
  • The outer layer will form the placenta

🤰 Your Body

You may have no symptoms at all, and that’s completely normal 👌

As hCG rises, you might notice:

  • Missed period
  • Breast tenderness
  • Fatigue
  • Mild cramping

⚠️ What to Expect

  • Metallic taste in your mouth
  • Nausea (can occur any time)
  • Food aversions or cravings
  • Heightened sense of smell
  • Frequent urination
  • Milky white vaginal discharge
  • Light spotting (implantation)
  • Bloating
  • Skin or hair changes

💡 No symptoms? Still completely normal — every pregnancy is unique 🤍

🥗 Nutrition & Supplementation

  • You don’t need to “eat for two”
  • Focus on a balanced healthy diet

Include:

  • Fruits & vegetables
  • Protein
  • Folic acid (essential)

🏃‍♀️ Exercise

  • Aim for 150 minutes per week

If you’re feeling anxious or low:

  • Talk to your doctor
  • Share your feelings with loved ones

You don’t have to go through this alone 🤍

🩺 When to See a Doctor
