“Your baby is officially FULL TERM now 👀… meaning labour could start anytime 😭🍼”
At week 37, your baby is now considered:
This means:
✔ your baby is mature enough
✔ lungs are usually ready
✔ and your little one could safely live outside the womb 💙
So yes…
👀 labour could begin at any moment now.
Around 95% of babies are now:
✔ head down
✔ facing their mother’s back
This is the ideal position for labour ✨
When your baby’s head moves lower into your pelvis, it’s called:

✔ more vaginal discharge
✔ more Braxton Hicks contractions
These are:
✔ practice contractions

Suddenly feel like:

Your baby is now around 48.6 cm long from head to heel — about the length of a leek 🥬💙
Your baby may now:
✔ frown
✔ smile
✔ move facial muscles
💡 This is random and not linked to emotions yet 😄
By now, you probably know:
✔ when your baby is active
✔ and when they are calmer
That’s a great sign 👀💙
More than:
experience postnatal depression after birth.
Partners can experience it too.
✔ It is a real illness
✔ It is NOT your fault
✔ And asking for help is important
✔ think about stopping work
✔ continue pelvic floor exercises
✔ attend antenatal classes
✔ reduce caffeine
✔ continue vitamins
✔ stay active gently
✔ focus on emotional wellbeing
✔ think about contraception after birth
✔ ask about newborn screening
Even though your baby is bigger now:
✔ movements should still remain regular
